Mission Statement

The purpose of this blog is to serve as a visual essay of the 2 years that my wife and I will be spending in The Gambia. Often times I find myself at a lack of words to describe what I am experiencing and thus it is at such moments that a picture can tell more than I ever will. So I hope this fills the gaps left by words and portrays the vibrant way in which life collides with survival.
